Aspire

Previously called Bridge, Aspire refers to the US Figure Skating curriculum of the same name. The program is designed for those skaters that have passed pre-freestyle. It is a group lesson structure where the skater builds on the fundamentals they have already learned. The skater also learns more advanced elements and is introduced to other skating disciplines such as Ice Dance and Skating Skills. The Aspire program meets  4 days a week for approximately 1 hour and will learn different disciplines of skating.

Cost: $200 per 10-week session, includes Christmas Show

Additional skater: $150

*Must join the SCLP as a JR. or SR. Aspire member for $80/$100 before purchasing this program.

Aspire Jr. Grp Classes Fall 2026 Basic 6 - Pre-Pre Jr.

​

Aspire class serves as a "bridge" between Basic Skills and the Freestyle testing levels. Skaters must have passed through Basic Skills 6 to progress into Aspire. Jr. Aspire is for Basic 6 and new Aspire skaters or returning Aspire skater that have NOT passed Pre Preliminary Skating Skills or higher. Aspire incorporates station-based learning and includes three components - on-ice instruction, off-ice instruction, and parent/skater education.

Sundays 6:15-7:15pm

Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 6:00-7:10pm

Includes Stroking Class.

Sr. Aspire Group Classes Fall 2026  

 

Aspire classes are for returning Aspire skaters or skaters that have passed Pre Preliminary Skating Skills test or higher. Aspire incorporates station-based learning and includes three components - on-ice instruction, off-ice instruction, and parent/skater education.

 

Sundays 6:15-7:15pm

Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays 6:50-8:00pm

Includes Stroking Class

Head protection/helmets are not required or supplied but are highly recommended.
