Synchro

Now forming synchronized skating teams for the 2026-2027 season. Teams hope to compete at the Empire State Games and additional competitions in the area. In a synchronized skating program skaters make different formations on the ice and each step is in synch! No experience necessary, teams are divided by age and level. Teams skate for 1 hour a week and may add additional off-ice training as need. Cost does not include costume or competition costs.

All Synchro Skaters must  be a full or associate member of US Figure Skating and the Skating Club of Lake Placid membership.

Head protection/helmets are not required or supplied but are highly recommended.
